Video uploads and more in the API, MCP and CLI

You can now upload an MP4 of up to 2 GB through the API or with neetorecord recordings upload in the CLI. AI assistants connected to the MCP server can too, if they can send files from your computer. Your plan and storage limits apply as usual.

All three now share the same recording list filters: owner, creation date, folder, tag, title, and whether a transcript exists. They can also read or generate action items, and AI assistants can manage team members.
